Two lanes on Interstate 77 are back open after a tractor-trailer hauling ground beef caught fire near the John Belk Freeway (I-277) in Uptown Charlotte Tuesday morning.

The crash happened in the northbound lanes around 7 a.m. at the interchange with I-77 and I-277. The tractor-trailer was engulfed in flames after crashing into a concrete barricade, shutting down all lanes of I-77 for some time.
