Outgoing President Joe Biden may commute the death row sentences of possibly all 40 men on death row. The move, seen as his final act in Presidency, will include commuting death sentences of murderers and rapists, the Wall Street Journal reported. Biden spoke with Pope Francis this week, who in his weekly prayer asked for commutation of America’s condemned inmates.
