Watch live coverage as SpaceX launches a Falcon 9 rocket with intelligence-gathering satellites for the United States' National Reconnaissance Office. Liftoff from pad 4E at Vandenberg Space Force Base is scheduled for Tuesday, December 17, at 5:19 a.m. PST (8:19 a.m. EST, 1319 UTC). The first-stage booster will land on the drone ship 'Of Course I Still Love You' a little more than eight minutes into the flight.

The NROL-149 mission is the sixth launch supporting what the NRO calls its "proliferated architecture" satellite constellation.

Our live coverage with commentary from Will Robinson-Smith will begin about 30 minutes before launch.
