Prominent Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew accuser, Virginia Giuffre, says she is in a serious condition after a bus crash in Western Australia.

The 41-year-old said she had been involved in a collision with a school bus in rural Western Australia and was suffering "kidney failure" that could claim her life within days in a public Instagram post on Monday.

However, police reports contradict her claims, stating that there were no reported injuries from the incident.

While details of the collision are limited, police have confirmed that a minor crash between a bus and a car did occur on that day.

According to WA Police, no injuries were reported at the time of the incident.
