Suffolk County police say a Patchogue man has been arrested in connection to human remains that were found in East Patchogue, New York. Garry Cowell, 72, was arrested and charged with tampering with physical evidence and concealment of a corpse. In court, the assistant district attorney told the judge that Cowell was with the victim when she died and that he took an axe, cut her body into pieces before loading it into a shopping cart and dispersing the remains across Suffolk County.
