Police in Australia said there were "no reported injuries" after a "minor" car crash involving Prince Andrew's accuser Virginia Giuffre, despite her saying she had just "days to live" after the accident.

The 41-year-old, who previously alleged the Duke of York sexually assaulted her when she was a teenager, shared a photograph of herself lying in a hospital bed covered in bruises to her Instagram account on Monday.

She said a school bus had driven into her car at 110km (68mph), but didn't say when or where the crash had happened.

"I've gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live,” she wrote.

She added that she was "ready to go" but wanted to see her children one last time.
